South Africa!

Tonight, Kurt and I are going to our first meeting and filling out our applications in hopes of visitng South Africa in April! If we get accepted, we will travel with approximately 12 other people from our church to work in Fish Hoek, South Africa with Living Hope community centre http://www.livinghope.co.za/. Living Hope was created in response to the HIV/AIDS pandemic to fight against this disease, poverty and oppression. In South Africa we would have the opportunity to work with some truly amazing people who's lives have been severely affected by some of the most terrible things our world has to offer. Keep your fingers crossed for us!!
